Our designs are fully customised to suit client requirements. Customers can choose from the wide range of colours and finishes we have in store to design your home or office space. Our products are manufactured with unmatched quality and delivered to site on time. Every segment that comprises a home –Foyer, Living area, Dining area, Bedrooms, Bathroom, Partitions, Wardrobes, Crockery shelves etc. are keenly looked into and worked in detail to give you the finish you have in mind. Your ideas can be conveyed to us in the form of sketches or drawings from any source, and we convert them into our grounds to start building your dreams. Our rough estimation process lets the customer get a grip on the finances to initiate a booking payment. A payment of Rs 40,000 for projects worth upto Rs 10 lakhs and Rs 60,000 for projects worth more than
Rs 10 lakhs will be required to get started. Our design team gets to work and the process sets a foot. Requirements for 3D drawings will be initiated only once we receive a booking amount in hand. Post confirmation of the design, a final quotation will be presented to the client for approval. Moving further, the project is assigned to respective departments and our timeline starts ticking.

Projects with area below 750 sqft require a completion time of 45 working days, whereas those above 750sqft will require upto 65 working days for completion.

Rate includes

  • Site visit
  • 2D design
  • Materials as per specification approved by client
  • Furniture installation charge
  • 5-year product warranty (for cabinets)

Rate excludes

  • Any other works that are not quoted in the estimate like granite, tile, plumbing, any civil works, electrical, demolishing, sink, wash basin, painting after furniture installation, soft furnishing, wallpapers, stone cladding, curtains, blinds, and mattress
  • 3D drawing (Rs. 3000 per view)
  • Electricity for functioning machinery.
  • A conducive working environment for our installation team.
  • A secure place for storing materials and machineries.
  • The client shall be responsible for procuring and providing permission from the building authorities, apartment associations, municipality, electrical department, and any other concerned authorities for smooth execution of work on site.

*Quotation validity is 30 days.

*We are not taking orders below 3 lakhs.

Payment Terms

For orders between 3-10 lakhs

  • Token payment: Will provide 2D drawings once the Booking advance is received. After confirming the 2D
    drawings, we will start working on the 3D view. (For each room we will provide one 3D view)
  • First payment: Upon confirmation of final drawing and final quotations, the client shall pay 50% of the
    total estimate to initiate production.
  • Second payment: : Balance 30% of the total estimate against the delivery of carcase materials, to be paid
    at the site before installation.
  • Third and Final Payment: Balance 20% of the total estimate against the Delivery of Shutters, to be paid
    at the site before installation.

BOOKING AMOUNT RS.40,000/-

For orders above 10 lakhs

*Booking amount is not refundable. In case, the contract does not materialise, the booking amount shall be considered as drawing charges.

Service

  • Our professional and well-qualified service team will solve any unforeseen issues at a quick pace.
  • Our service centre representative will understand your service requirements and make necessary arrangements to solve the issue within 48 hours.
  • We provide two complementary services in the first year.
  • After one year we would be charging Rs.1000/- per day or person for a service. No additional charges will be levied for products under warranty.
  • It should also be noted that all defective products replaced during the warranty period would be considered as the property of RICCO Interiors. Service helpline number: +91 96557 64455.

Warranty

  • Warranties for various products and brands (appliances and accessories) shall remain in place as per the warranty terms and conditions of the respective brands. Any replacements or services will be taken care of by the respective companies under the supervision of RICCO Interiors.

Accessories and hardware’s from Ebco:

  • One-year replacement warranty for hardware’s (applicable only for mechanical and manufacturing defects). No warranty on rusting.
  • Lifetime (14 years) accessory replacement warranty (applicable for rusting and manufacturing defects only).

Accessories and hardware’s from Hettich

  • 10-year replacement warranty for accessories (applicable for rusting and manufacturing defects).
  • One-year hardware replacement warranty (applicable for mechanical and manufacturing defects). No warranty on rusting.
  • We assure you of a 5-year warranty for the products manufactured by RICCO Interiors (cabinets and panels).
  • Warranty of branded appliances are as per the company norms. Mirror warranty is only for a period of one year.
  • No warranty for damages due to scratches, granite slabs and tiles, civil works, electrical items not covered under brand warranty.
  • No warranty for damages due to termite attack and/or natural calamities.
