Design in 3D
Once the engagement is confirmed, we translate the brief into photorealistic 3D views. Materials, proportions and details are refined with you before execution begins.

Modules and furniture are made in our in-house production plant with premium materials and German hardware — delivered to site before execution starts.

Who gives me the quote — a salesperson or the owners?
An owner prepares and explains your quotation. You will know who is responsible for the scope, specification and commercial decisions from the beginning, and our team remains available after handover through the included maintenance period.
How does the design and execution process work?
The usual journey is: site visit and measurement; requirement discussion; detailed quotation; office review of references and samples; booking and agreement; initial design direction; final design approval; material delivery; installation; quality check and handover. Exact stages are confirmed for your project.
What should I check before approving the quotation?
Review the scope, drawings, material specifications, finishes, quantities where applicable, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, payment milestones, expected schedule and warranty terms. Ask for anything unclear to be explained and recorded before signing.
How will I receive progress updates?
Agree the update method and frequency at the start of the project. Photographs, milestone reviews and scheduled calls help keep approvals, site progress and pending client decisions visible without constant follow-up.
What is RICCO's quality and warranty policy?
Materials are quality checked, with one year of free maintenance for installed products, a one-year replacement warranty on hinges and channels, and a 10-year rust warranty for eligible stainless-steel kitchen accessories and pipes. Coverage is subject to the written product and project terms.

What you may choose to share
Our enquiry and estimate forms ask only for information needed to understand and respond to your project: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country code, city, property type, budget range, rooms, finish preferences and any message you write. A floor plan is always optional.
How it reaches us
This website does not maintain its own customer database. Depending on the option you choose, your enquiry opens in WhatsApp on your device, opens in your email application, or is delivered to our inbox through a form-processing provider. Form content is not collected invisibly.
How we use your information
We use it to answer your enquiry, understand your home, arrange a consultation, prepare or refine an estimate, and manage an active project. Access is limited to RICCO’s owners and the team members who need the information to do that work.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with unrelated businesses for their marketing.
Services this website relies on
- Formspree may deliver submitted forms to our email when form processing is enabled.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts provide the studio map and website typography from Google’s servers.
- WhatsApp is used only when you choose it as a contact channel.
- Google Analytics, if enabled, may report aggregated usage such as pages visited and approximate location. Form contents are not sent to analytics.
Cookies
RICCO does not set first-party advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, its provider may use cookies to count visits. Blocking those cookies will not prevent you from browsing the site or contacting us.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, quote or serve the project. You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it by writing to info@riccointeriors.com or messaging +91 96557 64455.
Floor plans and project material
A floor plan you share is used only to understand the property and prepare your consultation, design scope or quotation. We do not publish it or share it outside the RICCO team unless you explicitly ask us to coordinate with another project professional.
Children and policy updates
Our website and services are intended for adults planning property work. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If this policy changes, the updated version and review date will appear here.
